July’s Pizza of the Month comes to us from Creekside’s Karin Donlan; a Tuscan chicken-inspired mouthwatering summer creation: Under the Tuscan Sun-dried Tomato. Our newest delicacy drops on our menu this Thursday at Noon (7/11/2024 @ 1200 hrs). Under the Tuscan Sun-dried Tomato: Creamy tomato and ricotta cheese base sauce, light Mozzarella, fresh garlic, shredded chicken, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, finished with fresh thyme, rosemary and sea salt, shaved parmesan, basil, and lemon zest.
Each month, a Team Creeksider is asked to create a pizza of their own design. Karin, in addition to being a 7 year veteran at Creekside, is also our HR/Payroll admin, as well as a professional chef. Karin is also the payroll administrator for Cedars of Marin here in San Anselmo, and past owner of Bayside Nursery in Tiburon. Karin’s brother, Michael, is manager of Creekside’s sister restaurant, Stonework Pizza & Tap in Petaluma. We have a long family history going back to the 70’s when we were all on the TL Orcas swim team and multi-year TLHS 80’s alums.
